In Royal Oak, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.

Royal Oak is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Royal Oak follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Everyone is so kind at this office and made this process so smooth and comfortable for me, as someone who avoided the dentist out of fear for decades. Mallory has been so patient and kind at all of my visits, and Nicole was always there to answer all of my questions. I know I made the right choice with this office after years of looking into this.

Been trying to change anything and everything that annoys me. And after I've sunk hundreds of thousands of hard earned $$$, into my mouth, and still dont have a comfortable bite, im beyond words. After browsing online, Sara from R.O. implants called, and was professional, curious, and told me all the information I needed to hear. I've heard every sales pitch by 62yrs of age, and there was none of that. Was straight to the point and didn't sugarcoat anything just to make the appointment. So after many attempts, I think just because of how I was treated im definitely gonna give them a try. Im East side but will gladly travel crosstown, to get this annoyance taken care of. Tired of sinking money into no good result. My last attempt. So cannot recommend or not yet, but Im good at telling straight up how it is, and after i recieve service im definitely into giving praise where its due. Lifelong mouth problems and if they do good work, and be fair, there's better reviews ahead. Firm in believing good things happen to ppl who work for it. Hope it gets you a raise Sara, because you are an exceptional employee!!!

Dr. Elhage is a terrific provider. He was extremely personable and thorough and made me feel very comfortable. I went for a consultation about a fairly minor issue and I could tell that his priority was what was best for me and that he didn't want to subject me to any tests or procedures that I didn't really need. Highly recommend.

Everyone here is very kind, professional and extremely helpful. The office is clean and comfortable. They have exceeded my expectations. I have been here 3 times now and all my experiences have been positive. I do not like the dentist, I do not like going to the dentist and I am honestly able to say I will be switching all of my dental needs to them, I drive 35 minutes to get here and it is worth it. I feel like I am treated very well and my needs are listened to and met with a caring attitude. The most comfortable I have ever been at a dentist!

Currently on the plane en route to vacation all thanks to this office. Called at 330 on a Monday, the dentist and whole office stayed after for over an hour just to make sure I was good to go for my vacation. First place I went to (two days prior only because they were ipen on Saturday) showered me with compliments to keep me complacent in them while their best synopsis was the most expensive and very miniscule on derail for work) $700 to over $10,000 to fix a loose bridge but this office was honest, upfront and confident enough to help me in the same day rather than make me wait in panic without my smile. If youre not happy with what youve been hearing, try try again. The answer is always no if you dont ask. Honest, capable and proud of their work. I felt like a person, not an income. Insurance is a pain for regular maintenance but you get what you pay for. If you care about your teeth... you go here. RED 32

I cannot honestly say enough good things about this place or the people! Side story: I knocked my front teeth out in a skiing accident when I was 14. Iβve been through years of countless dentists to try to repair my lost smile. Iβve had multiple bridges that kept breaking & just didnβt fit my face, root canals, lots of tears and feeling hopeless that Iβd never be able to smile again. After doing a google search for dental implants, I chose here because they make all the teeth in house. I wanted a place that took pride in their work and I knew I was a hard patient. I emailed them and got a response from Dr. Omar almost immediately! It has not been an easy journey for me to repair the loss of bone from years of not having teeth in the front. However, Iβm ecstatic to report, I finally got the beautiful smile Iβve always dreamed of. I want to say thank πππ to Larissa, Mallory, and Dr. Chady for making me feel like family and helping me through this rigorous process! You truly are a team built on talent, respect, and love. I appreciate you πππ β₯οΈ

I have been a client of the Implant Center for about 3 years. Initially, they have completed 4 implants with crowns. Most recently, we are in the second phase of a process that involves 2 more implants, a bridge and 2 crowns. To complicate it, I live in Florida most of the year. Both Dr. Omar El-Banhawy and Dr. Chad Elhage have been extremely professional, personable and caring. Their staff has been very responsive to my questions and flexible with my travel plans. I have worked with a number of Dental Implant Centers but none that have been as qualified and caring to my needs. Highly recommend this team of people that put the βcareβ in Dental Care!
